no, there's no way i could do that, even if they were suffering...i would do everything in my power to get whatever relief for their pain that i could, though.  even if i had to buy street drugs.  anything. 

if someone left a $20 bill on the counter while they were paying for something else, walked away and left it, nobody noticed it but you and the owner is long gone---would you pocket it? 

What a temptation...but I think I would turn it over to whatever "lost and found" department there might be in that establishment.  I certainly don't think I could keep it in good conscience. 

Would you buy a massager that was pretty obviously meant for sexual gratification in a 99-cent store, while shopping with one of your parents/parents-in-law?  (A friend recently found one in one of these locations and thought it was a funny place to see one!!)

Hey...love that idea!!!!  Yeah, I think I would!!!  hmmmm...maybe my mom and stepdad....nah...she's in a nursing home and they'd NEVER understand!!!!  No MIL since I remarried, either, though I kinda miss my old one....sorta...took almost 30 years, but I did learn to love and appreciate the little steamroller!!!
