Amen to you, sister!  I wrote something about this in the forum maybe a year ago.  I kept getting tickled by men who wanted to spank me and they wanted me to buy a membership to contact them.  Fuck them and the horse they rode in on.

To men asking women to buy a membership to write to them:  If you invite someone, you pay for it.  If you invite someone to dinner at your house you don't call them up and ask them to bring the food with them.  It's a cheap ass man who says he won't pay for a membership here but expects me to buy one.  One guy told me he wasn't going to give these people money because they were probably crooks.  Gimme a fuckin break. 

Times are rough all over, I know that, so if you can't afford it - hang out in the chatrooms or make  your own chatroom here.   Call it the nightowl cafe (I love that name) and people will visit it.  I used to make a room here when I first joined - that's how I met the first guy I dated here.  He was nice, just not a keeper. Don't ask someone to pay to meet you.  What if you're not worth it?

If you CAN afford it and are too cheap - what kind of person are you going to be to date?  I don't need someone to pay my way but I'll be damned if I'm going to pay so someone I'm not too sure I want to know can meet me.

I have been a VIP member at SexyAds 3 times I think.  I know for sure 2 but I think it's 3.  All three times I have done it because I found a man I wanted to write to.  Did it always work?  Nah, but I ended up finding someone else that I liked.  I found my current Sir here and I paid for a VIP membership because I wanted to meet Him.  I could have written to him for free because he was a VIP member already, I just didn't look.
