OK, here's the thing that really sucks. 

I am a BBW and my guy is pretty average sized.  He's great.  He's kind, intelligent, wonderful.  And it's me that feels awkward walking around with him, making love to him, like he might break if I move too fast. 

I look at the two of us together and think how odd we seem as a pair.

But he has never, never commented on my size.  Health, yes.  Size, no.  In fact, when we "met" on the internet he didn't really understand what I was trying to tell him about being a bigger woman.  Everything I learned about him told me he might be friend material, at best.  He like svelte, blonde, russian women.  None of which is me.  When he asked to meet me he couldn't understand my reluctance to set a time and place.  But once we were together....

it's been almost six years and he's the one I want to grow old with, at any size.

Screw that mess! The few people I've dated, and the fewer I've played with, have been Big, Beautiful Women, and ALL my friends know that fact (my family, I couldn't care less what they think!). In my social circle (Goths, Punk Rockers, Retro-Rockabilly, Post New-Wavers, Reggae, Metal, Hardcore, and out and out visual artists), I've found that no one seems to care who you give your passion or your heart to, BBW, or otherwise.

If one has a problem with ones friends having a problem with who one is with, then perhaps those friends should just kiss off....or come out of the BBW-loving closet, and take the plunge...!

And secondly, dv812, you just broke my heart!

And finally, trust me on this...if You, CandyNipples were'nt so far away from me, I'd glady prove my point...with you!

I would love to thank everyone for their response. You guys have made me feel better about the situation. The reason I picked this subject is because the same thing happens all the time. I'll be getting to know a guy and everything will be going great and when I ask him "What do you look for in a women?"  And that's when he says it "I'm not looking for a relationship I'm looking to just have some fun."

I guess I'll comment on this.  I (male half of the couple) hope that you're not talking about only guys on SEXyads.  I know that respect is deserved wherever you are.  But, I find it peculiar when so many women on a site that starts off with the word "sex" are confused when guys want to do it to them!  I love to have sex; so does my sexy fiancé.  We love making love to each other, and love getting it on with like-minded individuals.  That's why we are on this site.  We've already made a love connection.

She's a BBW, and when we met, it was a mutual attraction to each other, as well as in what we were looking for that kept us together.  We seal the deal next summer, and are both very excited about it.  We have both had our difficulties finding what we were looking for in a mate.  Everyone sets his/her standards, and there are some that are not negotiable; but remember that compromise is usually necessary, within reason.  Just hold your own, and you'll find what you're looking for when you least expect it, which will probably be when you're not looking!  Good luck!
